After using the crop protection machine for a period of time, some users may experience the problem of asynchronous four-wheel drive. We will adjust it according to the following method

1. First, use a tape measure to measure the distance in front of the front wheels, with the center of the tire as the reference.

2. Measure the distance behind the front wheels again

3. If the front wheels are not aligned, which method should be used to adjust them.

First, ensure that there is no gap between the steering ball joint: loosen bolt "2", turn ball joint "1" to tighten the steering cylinder "3", and then eliminate the gap between ball joint "1" and rod end "4".

4. Adjust the ball head to tighten or push the rod open.

Use a wrench to hold rod A, while using a wrench to loosen thin nut B.

5. Use a wrench to hold the pull rod A. Adjust the left adjustment head C of the ball head clockwise or counterclockwise according to the retraction requirements until the distance between the front and rear tires of the front axle is consistent. Move the tires and measure again to verify if the distance value is the same.

Attention: Ensure that the exposed thread length D remains consistent on both sides.

6. Adjust the tire spacing on the rear axle using the same method.

7. After all the above adjustments are completed, loosen nuts a and b; then use an Allen wrench to loosen nuts c and b d, At this point, turn the front and rear wheels in sequence to align with the straight pipe (or straightened rope), and then tighten c \ d \ a \ b with force to seal the hydraulic oil and keep the front and rear wheels turning on the same track. (Or release d, start the machine, adjust the tires; release c, start the machine, adjust the tires).
