As one of the core accessories of the self-propelled spray bar spray, the drug pump plays a vital role in the spray system. Maintaining the drug pump well will help to improve the atomization effect. Below, a simple maintenance method will be introduced using a three cylinder pump as an example.
1. The oil of the three cylinder pump should be changed regularly. After the first 50 hours of use, the oil should be changed every 200 hours, and SAE # 30 engine oil or ordinary air compressor oil should be added. Add oil to the middle of the oil mirror.
2. The three plunger bodies have small butter storage devices that need to be regularly filled with butter. When in use, tighten half a circle every hour to ensure that the butter fully contacts the plunger.
